SC PA | For forming up (no excavating) and pouring the concrete (but not including the concrete itself) and then building a bin with those accessories, that is very close to what we would charge.
To install the Fastir when the bin is being built we charge an extra $450+/- (this would be included in the $7k).
If we have to put the Fastir in after the bin is already built, it would be more like $1,500 - 2,000.
Edit: Sorry, I just now realized, you were saying in your first post, that the labor is $7,000.
