SC PA | Sometimes it is very hard to tell what another dealer is quoting. I didn't see where you said what the labor was.
I'm almost 100% sure that $7,000 is only the roof and sidewalls. At least there is no way I could sell all the equipment (less labor) for a complete drying bin at that price. I was saying that if you are being priced a bin with the common options on a drying bin, you are about in the middle of the range.
I went back and looked at some we quoted. They ranged anywhere from $24,000 to $31,000 depending on what equipment was included, how many miles we have to go to get there, whether we priced in concrete, and whether that price included the concrete or just the labor to do the concrete, etc.
A good dealer is not cheap. But unfortunately, you usually don't know that until it's too late.
