west central iowa | Time is money around here. I can't spend all morning feeding cattle. There are sick cattle to pull and give shots, hay and cornstalks to move and grind, pens to scrap, manure to haul, vaccinate new arrivals, equipment to grease, and engines that need regular oil changes. I know these feed wagons and payloaders cost alot of money, but so does animal health. If you don't treat a sick calf in time and he dies, thats $1,000 out of your pocket pretty fast because I didn't have time to treat him. I was still feeding (late) because the old feed wagon broke down again. | |
