Agree with most of the responses here, particularly Randy's.
I don't think the facility should require everyone to be adept at " bouncing " as it were.
There should be a couple of capable persons who have acquired the skill and are physically capable of accomplishing the feat in a swift manner walking
the barns periodically for such tasks.
Likely the industry and animal rights folks are more concerned and divided about how to deal with the euthanasia of those critters that are too heavy to " Bounce ".
I disagree with a couple of Pat's comments,( " feelings " & G stalls ) But is not the purpose of this thread and will just leave it at that.
