roarintiger - and what the children earn with the parents should be the childrens. that is why i made comment as part of the farm managment a farmer must address estate planning.
they have earned it and deserve it;
nothing is simple is it:)........................
it is hard to separate it when an ongoing farm; but that is why you need good partnership agreements and estate planning; also need to look at what was there to start with.
Thoughts on all the talk/complaining about taxes/estate tax on here.
