I run the township plow/grader and have stored it in my shed for over 20 years. No heat in the shed, but it was on concrete. The reason I say was is because it was poor concrete and the weight of the grader has basically destroyed the floor. I also use the shed for my own stuff. Right now I'm getting $600/year. Either I or your township is getting screwed!
