Central MN | Our township went thru this a few years ago. Ended up building a 40x60 (I think) pole shed next to the town hall. It has plenty of room for the equipment and I think it ended up being cheaper than paying rent to someone else. I believe that the shed is insulated but I don't think they have heat in it right now. The reasons that they did it was cost, liability, and then they had somewhere to work on them if need be. | |
