Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | Location, quality and price. I hate paying rent and in the end have nothing to show for it. I'd rather be paying a little more and be making payments and gaining equity and have something tangible.
You never know about rented land. Allways competitive. Could lose it anytime.
It's my retirement account. I'll have enough paid for land when I want to retire to have a good living.
Right now I see it as a hedge against inflation and a way to lock in long term, low interest money. |
