Faunsdale, AL | I doubt the hose broke off, most likely just got caught under a tire or something. You may be right, the flow rate seemed to change, I though it was the liquid had run out and the vapor was venting, but there was stil liquid coming out. At any rate, if it had any hose left, it could have broken free and clobbered someone trying to shut the valve.
