Id I had an unusually large volume of bean acres and new it would take to Christmas to get it out (we usually have snow by thanksgiving) I would be making a call to a custom cutter to come and help get the beans out in a timely manner. It doesn't make sense to loose dollars (customers&beans) to pinch pennies and not hire more help. Stupid is as stupid does..... | |
