Only thing to watch for on brass is if it has a crimped primer seat that might need to be reamed out. Not a big deal, but it is usually only common in military surplus brass, in .223 or .308. I've never seen it in .25-06.
I see this once in a while in 9mm and 45 as well. Hornady makes a tool to ream these out that works really well, and it's only about $20. It chucks into a cordless drill as well. When reloading brass that had crimped primers before, I always prime them by hand instead of on the press. This is so I can get a feel of whether or not the primer is going to seat properly or not. |
