get a new one with rolled edge or a stainless one, wear gloves as old one is very sharp
it will need timed
check horzonital auger at input end as replacing the vertical and leaving worn horzontial will over feed horzontial.
it took me 4 hours alone.. it was hard to hold new auger up while installing bolts.
