Subject: RE: 9500 unloading tank auger replacement

I replaced them in my 9600 I bought this past winter.I took one of the clean out doors on the bottom of the vertical auger and welded a short pipe to it ,also fixed a long pipe on the end of my fork lift .I bolted the modified cover back on, raised the forks up till the two pipes were slid together and let it all down with that and put it back in the same way worked good for me helped that the pipe fit loose so it will give to put it back in.
I went throungh everything rebuilt the top and bottom gearcase and replaced all augers including the cross augers and welded in the stainless grain tank liners from deere. The liners work great , my combine had never been patched on yet so they went in nice I have seen some that have been patched already and they would not be as easy.Ran a little wheat with it worked like a new one I think after doing the whole unloading system it ran around $2700-$3000.00 in parts.
