If a guy can't weld with a buzz box and stick, a wire welder isn't going to be any different. The idea gets planted that a wire welder allows anyone to weld simply isn't true or a good perception.
IMO
Anybody that is learning how to weld shouldn't even touch a wire welder until they can lay down a good bead with a stick.
