Ed, i hear you and others talk about calcium like its the holy grail.  what exactly do you mean.  Are you talking about lime to correct soil PH or are you talking about other forms of calcium to raise levels even higher without taking the PH too high.  If our ph is low, we lime.  I was taught proper PH is the cheapest fertilizer I can buy.  But as far as looking at CA numbers, nobody looks at them.
