WCIL | I asked once about building a dam at scs office and they said okay. We have an old 12 clay that was laid in the 50s that is breaking up so we replaced it on our side (downhill side) uphill neighbor won't fix tile holes or lay new tile so when we get a big rain it washes our waterway something terrible. What makes it worse is it is in a cow pasture and the cows stand in the tuning water when it's hot and makes it worse. I'm about at my wits end. | |
