Subject: Landlord Wants To Hock On To Tile

Northern Illinois
Neighboring landlord (who inherited the land) wants to hock on to my tile. Between last year and this year I will have done about $20,000 worth of tiling on a 320. Neighboring landlord 3 years ago booted local farmer off the land and rented for top dollar to BTO. If he had not booted local farmer off I likely would say ok if he pays for part of the tile. I'm sure BTO has told landlord he needs to do something because the farm is wet. Would you just say the tile is not big enough to drain his farm also or would you go into the whole well this is what happens when you chase the almightly dollar and crap on the local guys?
