Subject: RE: Grain bin accident in MN------------I've got to ask----

It is installed in the bin after the floor is done in either new or older bins. The holes you see cut in the pics is the only disturbance to the floor. Once the holes are cut the pipes pictured are slipped through and holes are drilled for concrete anchors (long masonary bit on a hammer drill.... all sub floor work done through the hole). Anchors are installed with a coupler nut for a threaded rod that secures the tie down to the top of the pipe with the floor flashing securing any area that could possibly leak grain.

The horizontal rings are 36" in diameter so will fit through the door.

A complete system consist of all the hardware for anchoring , securing and winching the tower with horizontal rings on 2' centers.

The legs are 10' long and swaged for adding sections as needed.

A 20' tower (2 - 10' sections with all hardware ) runs $1475.00. Additional 10' sections for desired height are $475.00

The cable to raise the tower can be permanatly attached or if it interfers with spreaders or stirring machines it can be secured next to the winch handle and pulled up with a rope only when needed.
