. . . justify the actions of someone getting in the bin without proper safety.  Guess I've worked around elevators with good safety programs (that does not include all elevators) long enough to know that lock-out/tag-out works very well.  If you're going in by yourself with the bin unloading, well that's just stupid.  Kind of like when I rode my bike 135 mph with no helmet - we've all had those moments.


Unfortunately, it's the guys family that has the pain of the bad decision.  I feel for them.
