NE Iowa | So I went and drove an 06 Frt with a 14.0 Detroit with an UltraShift. I don't see why that won't work hauling grain on the farm. Granted I was only driving the truck bobtail in a parking lot, but modulating the clutch with the accel pedal wasn't too big of a deal. And could always drag the brake a little bit to help modulate things. I would guess it would be even better with a loaded trailer, but don't know for sure. Now, if we could just get to some common ground on price.... | |
