Hi Ken

This year reminds me of 2007. That year in the middle of July we were looking very good then the heat with on rain caught us for the next 6 weeks. The irrigated averaged 209 bpa and dry land 117 bpa. It’s hard to believe you could lose 92 bpa from corn that looked excellent in the middle of July. The same thing could happen this year. See 2007 pic of the cracks in the ground. Yes, the one with the ruler is 26 inches deep. I just let the ruler free fall and that’s where it stopped.
