Illinois | We had quite the experience with Liberty this year. We posted it below in June 2012. Anyway I'll give you a recap. We booked and paid for Liberty at a really good price in January. We were assured several times we would have product, BUT low and behold when we needed it, none to be found. Many angry calls to Bayer and 3 weeks later full tote showed up, with a head dud( missspelled on purspose) from Bayer. He apologized looked at our field s and said.... You need off label rate and boost it with other chemical. Well no S**T. Our response plus "your companies non performance is costing us more money. Then asked him if he was paying difference. Shockingly, "that was a big we dont have a policy for that.".. Wife response was" You think you should??" He'd look into it.... HA
Anyway glad we got some chemical but very poor PR for them. We are still hearing from guys that didnt and havent got any. Wife is still po'd think she is going to send them a bill for difference.... So bottom line do not plant liberty if you dont have chemical on hand. Plus they'll jack up price. The difference we paid was for the off label rate was almost 3 times prepaid price. I'd be very careful with a company that plays games like that.... | |
