Subject: RE: Liberty Link soybean ??s.

Owens Cross Roads, AL
This is my 3rd year with LL beans, a few acres the first year more the second and I have 400 acres of LL beans this year. Yield has been as good as RR but Liberty is more expensive when compared to roundup. I use a pre-emerge such as 1 pt of generic dual and 3oz of Authority XL per acre. Then I came back with 32 oz of Ignite with 5-6oz of generic Select per acre.

This is what I paid for chemicals early this year for LL beans

Ignite @ $47.50 gal
Generic Dual @ 29.50 gal
Authority XL @ $40.75 lb
Generic Select @ 53.00 gal

I know this is an expensive program, but I have resistant pigweeds and marestail on my farm. Wilson
