actually Arkansas yields are more stable, albeit lower, than Illinois. We are, after all, mostly irrigated. http://www.nass.usda.gov/Quick_Stats/index.php
insurance premiums are much higher here anyway hence the reason most carry CAT or nothing.
Crop insurance again.
