Not saying it is the cure all, but will help.  From that pic it looks like the fronts are close to V to V, are the rears the same? You want the rears to be able to track the lugs from the fronts, because they will find it quickly after a corner as the differantial will spin the tire as it's looking for the print.

 The problem is when the duals are offset differently the tires never can find the "track" because they are  slipping because the lugs are hitting the track on 1 but not the other, keeping  1 tire "hunting".
