What's stupid is knowing that you shouldn't smoke but still doing it and that thinking doctors are stupid for reminding you of it.
As for the other post: Maybe recoveries can be tough, body can't take 2 different surgeries, medicines needed may be too much or not interact?????? 8+ years of school probably keeps them from the "stupid" category.
