scassell, we got .3" from May 5 through June 15. Yesterday we got .2" and lucky to get that. My daughter and her family lives in Johnson Creek and their lawn is horribly dry. We have some corn that looks like yours too. We replanted about 30% of our corn on Wednesday, either due to nonemergence and/or cutworm. None of our corn is anything close to canopied yet. We have one real good looking 16 acre field right next to a real crappy one, and they are both 2nd year corn planted on the same day. The only difference is the good looking one was moldboard plowed last fall. Do you think that has anything to do with it?

Oshkosh always gets more rain than we do. Lake Winnebago splits up every rain we need, but intensifies every rain we don't need.
