You are correct hedgefund, rains WERE better then expected.

We started with a 20% chance of rain yesterday, which meant I expected zero. Then it up & stormed for about 5 mintues & scatttered sprinkles through this AM.


Grand total of 0.18" as of right now, so we are well on our way to fix our 9-12" deficit.


Don't get me wrong, I am very happy we got that 0.18" as I was expecting nothing.  It is so nice to get any cooling rain when very dry & hot.
