Looks like some farmers do not believe that a kid cannot work with machinery until they >16 years old. I agree that this is one notch in DOL belt stating that if their regulation had been adopted that this would not of happened. I would think that DOL would love to have lock out system for all the dangerous machinery on a farm with a ledger showing who took the key to run each piece of machinery.
