Have toyed with the sous vide with a cooler with about 140 deg water with the steaks in a ziploc bag. Let the steaks get up to temp and toss them on the grill for about 2 minutes a side and you have a perfectly done steak. Vary the temp for how you like them done, it is a very effective way to do large groups and get them done the way people want if you have the proper equipment. |
