Northeast Ohio | I wanted to know what was the best (tender) cut of steak out of a beef? We raise a few head of freezer beef to sell and keep a 1/4 for ourselves. My customers tell me how great our steaks out of our beef are but, I would rather have a hamburger myself. Our steaks always seem kinda chewy. I'm going to guess were not cooking them right. Next time I'm going to only keep the very best steaks and the rest is going into burger, which is kinda what we do now. So, what's the best ones & how do you cook them? | |
