Subject: Rogator boom pressure drops when switched on, leaves a unsprayed area.

Eastern Iowa
I have a 2002 1254 Rogator with a 661 raven spray controller and Bray air valves. When I am spraying at about 30 psi and I come to a waterway I switch the main boom switch off the pressure gauge spikes up to about 60 psi and drops to about 10 psi while it's off. When I turn on the boom 3 seconds later, the gauge jumps to about 30 psi then drops to 10 psi and then after a few seconds goes back up to 30 psi. The nozzle bodies cut out around 10 psi so I leave unsprayed areas coming out of waterways. I have been trying different numbers for he "VALVE CAL" setting trying to speed up or slow down "valve backlash" and "valve speed" and seems to have helped a little but it is still missing some area coming out of a waterway. Is there anything else I can do besides out line EVERYTHING? I farm on hills and have LOTS of waterways.
