With that yield goal you should be fine. Fertilizing for 70 bushel is a whole different thing I learned. You should be able to raise 40 bushels without any fertilizer and might hit 50 in a good year but if you own the ground or lease long term, I would sure follow my soil test recommendation and mine calls for a lot more than 75 lbs of DAP and potash. I usually end up spreading 7-9 different nutrients for higher yield goals and just Zn, Mn, and B could add yield if they are needed. Don't guess, soil test and follow it up with a tissue test.
