N.W. Illinois | As others have mentioned running another heat exchanger will not work unless you go to bigger or multiple tanks. It will be impossible for you to get the volume you want going through a 1 1/4" valve, hose, and breakaway.
Can the tanks be retrofitted to 1 1/2" valve with a 1 1/2" hose and breakaway? A 1 1/2" heat exchanger would also be needed. This will help however if it's cold out I doubt if you will still get the volume you want through the system. Dual tanks with 1 1/2" valves and 2 1 1/2" hoses would be better yet.
Anhydrous pressure is built from surface area of the tank and air temperature. The bigger tank(s) allow the anhydrous to bubble more and build pressure. If you could look into the tank as you are applying anhydrous it would look like a pot boiling on a stove top. Also when it's colder out the anhydrous bubbles less and the bubbles are smaller. That is why you loose pressure under cold conditions.
A pump system without going to bigger tanks and hose will not help. Don't waste your money, you will be very disappointed.
Your flow rate to each knife is terribly uneven when ever you are maxing out the inflow in your system.
Try to eliminate 45 and 90 degree bends going into your exchanger. Any bend slows down flow.
