I have a 36 by 48 ft pole shed that is about as old as yours and i went with the closed cell spray on and love it ,,,, no matter what kind of pole shed you have, you get some water leaks over time and this will seal it tight. Spray on insulation takes care of that plus adds strength to the shed and of course insulates it too!!! When you look at all those needs it's not that bad of price...
