This is a vfd. Whats wrong with the existing rotary phase converter? It would be more efficient but is a little harder on the motor than a rotary phase converter. I'm sure the electrician has already made sure its rated for 20 hp with single phase input but I would double check. It will be 2/3rds of the 3 phase rating. | |
