You have some really valid points as far as cost of sub-lease and possibly free manure. All variables that need to be factored in.

You had made me aware of how you were sub-leasing and then selling the forage back to them last March at the no-till conference. So I realize that your options on the land they own are very limited. I just hope you can come to fair terms with them on the pricing of the corn silage and haylage because I really feel this can be a very workable arrangement for both operations.
