That's what their business card says....notice the "sales" comes before the "nutritionist". That's what a dairyman ends up with when he is looking for something for nothing, and doesn't want to pay an independent nutritionist.

There is an awful lot to know, balancing a dairy ration. Very few dairypeople do their own. We hire a guy at a monthly rate. I can't see having the guy selling the feed making the recommendations-too much potential for conflict of interest.
