S.W. Manitoba | Alittle citric acid in the water can help them if the heat is bothering them. Thats what we inject into the water lines during a heat wave. If its hot and they eat too much and don't get up then they will die of heat attacks. We give them less then 1sq ft per bird and they never die from eating, unless its hot. Then we lift the feeders during the day. They cool down by getting up.
