Alton, Ia | I agree Ross, lawyers offices happen down here also. The land probably goes for just as much, with less commission.
The way I took the above post was "auctioneers and realtors" would include a lawyer as a realtor, since he/she will then act as the closing agent, getting the papers signed, etc. I took Matts post as why not just sell it privately. And until a few years ago, I would agree. Now...... But cycles correct.....
Glad to hear on the parts. Looks like we will be making the trip I told you about. My wife will be happy now that I'll let her pack a suitcase....
