 Alton, Ia | Last time I checked there's no river preventing the horde of Norwegians from sweeping down into God's Country :).
I can believe someone hauling between IA and MN, but it would be pretty rare, IMO, to buy or rent land in SD for the main purpose of manure utilization. There's only a few crossings and usually there are towns to get through also. Manure's great fertilizer, until you have to haul it.
