SE PA | You should be good to the middle of sep for sure. But based on recent research the radishes can be planted later then we've thought. Had some planted here on my farm (SEPA)Oct 9th last year and did over 8 bu better on corn this fall. Replicated in a field and measured by Penn State's research combine. Have heard several other similar reports. Radishes only had a tuber the size of a pencil. Just heard of a grower in WI who had a 5 bu increase on beans with Tillage Radish planted the first week of Oct. | |
