ECIL

Pioneer is the only one to consider, and at that you are now down to about 3 varieties.  1431, 32B16, 32B09.  They will yield with or outyield most any yellow in a good environment. 33G60 looks good but has standability issues,  33F12 used to be a top yielder but was way off in this heat.  1431, F12 are non GMO, the others are RR.  1431 is the safest bet.   32B11 is no longer available, and that is to bad.  It was Kip Cullers  choice...yellow or white ....if that says anything.  It had quality issues though.  Dry down is not the greatest concern you have....might be a few days behind other yellow, but really is not to much of an issue here.

Forget COC unless you are a fan of gambling.  Worked well for years here until the monsoon spring and drought summer here.  1st year white held up fine.  COC a disaster that wiped out years worth of gains.  If you moldboard plow and have irrigation out there, you may have no coc worries.

There may not be a whole lot to worry about if you can plant it following soybeans or have irrigation.  Make sure you have an outlet for your overage incase they don't want more than the contract.

Take care of it and it will take care of you.
