North of London | Thud, the info you provided did allow me to find this article. There is a mention in it about how the family of one of the deceased was 'disappointed with the distraction caused by the issue of alcohol'
Apparently alcohol was not cited as a cause and no recommendations were made about it.
Would have to look further into the inquiry to see how it was mentioned.
I guess I would always be suspicious that if alcohol was present on one of the deceased just what it might have caused to be overlooked or neglected.
perhaps someones reflexes just not as quick as without.
