WC OHIO/Champaign County | I read the previous post about crop share agreements and a reply was stated about a good crop bonus, or something to that effect. I have a very good working relationship with most of the landlords I have, but I always worry about losing ground to someone else. I guess maybe I am an odd ball but I figure a happy landlord will allow me to continue farming their place. What are some of the "bonuses" that people work with? I don't need to know exacts on this but maybe a shove in the right direction on how to figure what would be appropriate as profit share for my landlords for a good crop year. I am pretty new to this farming game so any help will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks for your help!! | |
