Subject: Correlation Does Not Prove Causation!

Little River, TX
It is possible that what is really a coincidence is being confused with being the cause.

Put another way this may really be a truth, but not necessarily The Universal Truth.

With a soil that has 8,000 ppm Ca how much potassium, will be required to achieve the desired base saturation. When Ca is 90% to 95% and the others are drawing straws for the remaining 5% or 10%.

Added to the question, the measured CEC HERE for these soils is from 40 to over 50 meq/100g.
A high shrink vertisol clay and as you may guess it calcareous in nature. Say 6% to 10% free lime to add spice.

Not to be picky in every location 90% of the yields will be average. Over the years as yields went up so did the average.
It is true in some locations all the children are above average?

My Thanks to Spell Check. My spelling is not even close to average!
