Most no-till fields here anyway drain better than tilled fields. Due to less compaction, earthworm channels and old root channels which allow the water to infiltrate faster. The tilled ground crusts on top after a rain causing water to pond on top. Just what I have observed here in central Mo. By the way where is here Coup. Patrick
