Central Missouri | mcupps. i like your posts, very good in fact. but i don't see where most pre bean herbs are dangerous to the environment. they don't move, etc like atrazine and other ones that have got so much publicity. also, since no one has used them for a decade, its got to be better for the soil than just pounding it with roundup. mother nature always teaches us too keep changing and encourages variety. multiple applications of roundup every year for a decade can't be a help to soil life etc. also since we have not used pre's for a decade, a 2/3-full rate of pre's ought to show pretty good affect. not trying to be hard on you, you just spurred good ideas. and i'm not saying i'm 100% correct, i don't think anyone fully knows the full picture | |
