160+ corn is much more attainable than 50bu. beans and most guys have high corn average and floating crop ins. price + essex cty. has had way to many soys grown here on clay ground way too long--still many grow 2-3 yrs. soys and then wheat--no clover plow down or manure...know for sure from seed dealers essex-kent has more corn than average
Should we really have been all that surprised....
