Baldwin City, KS | I'd say ablolutely not. Your'e already far more patient than I if you didn't raise heck about the $1,000 shipping bill. You are easily dealing with enough money to get a little help from a trusted lawyer on this one. I went through this crap at KanEquip once because a shop manager was too lazy to open a door and relay correct information to his tech's. $8,000 bill and they hadn't even put a wrench on the main drive case, which is why the combine went in to start with. Then they want to try to split this bill and that bill with you like they're doing you some kind of favor. I know of no other business where that kind of crap will fly. Last I checked, I generally have to eat my mistakes. | |
